Texas Memory Systems has created history when they unveiled their latest 5TB SLC SSD into the market. This particular SSD is currently the largest storage device and what’s even more impressive is the fact that it can handle 250,000 sustained I/Os per second.
Also, this particular SSD isn’t a slowmo device – it has the ability to retrieve 3GB of data a second, and has 80 microsecond write latency.
Nevertheless, the SLC SSD isn’t something that ordinary person can buy – you’ll need half a million dollars to purchase one.

Remember when the US government splashed multi-billion dollars of the tax payers money to develop an anti missile shield called the Star Wars which in the end did not even worked properly?
Well the US government is at it again and this time they have mounted a high powered laser gun at the nose tip of a high flying jet!
At closer observation, I’m thinking that the military can use this particular war technology to shoot down missiles – and even stop those air-to-air missiles from hitting planes.
Take a look at this multi-billion dollar soon-to-be blunder?

Buffalo has recently unveiled their latest SHD-NSUM series of drives into the media and I can say that these serve as a very good external storage device.
Why?
SSDs are less prone to damages caused by accidents such as falling from high places and due to the durable nature, I’m sure that these storage devices are ideal external mass storage devices.
On the other hand, Buffalo promises that their latest SHD-NSUM drives are 30% faster when compared to conventional rotational hard drives that you find in the market.
Multiple storage options are available – such as the 32GB, 64GB and 128GB variants.
On the other hand, you can expect to pay between $120 and $390 for these drives.

Social media is definitely a great way to get your word out on the street and if you are looking for a social media web portal that focuses on Movies, music and game reviews, you should definitely click on the link which I have embedded earlier.
Personally, I find their music reviews rather informational. I love to listen to music and I do listen to my favorite playlists on a daily basis. Of course, being a music lover, I do spend a considerable amount of cash, just to purchase music titles – and I do have a long history of purchasing wrong tracks. And by reading music reviews found on this particular social media site, it generally helped me to stay away from bad music while purchasing tracks that are worthy to listen to.
And as for gamers, I’m sure that you can in fact tap into this social media portal to find friends who are like-minded as well as enjoy playing the same game titles such as you. All you need to do is to create a ‘Game Hype’ on this portal and people will start commenting on what you have got to say!
Of course, you might also want to take a look at their Mystery Movie Reviews section as well.
Well, if you have something interesting to hype about – why don’t you hype it through this social media portal? |

Gigabyte’s latest toys, namely the M1022, S1024, T1028 netbooks was recently showcased at CEBIT.
Well if you ask me my personal tastes, I would say that the S1024 outshines both the M1022 as well as the T1028.
On the other hand, if you are wondering which model number represents which PC – the M1022 is the white ‘Booktop’ PC, while the T1028 is the tablet while the S1024 is the slim and sexy netbook resting on the left side of the picture.
I’m just anxious to know what the specs for the S1024 netbook are.
Enjoy the pic:
