The MSI Wind netbook is rather good in its feature. To be frank with you, it comes with 1GB of RAM which is huge! At least it has higher RAM capacity when compared to my current laptop.
But what concerns me the most is that it uses the ATOM processor – a processor which is a stripped down version, which is designed to operate for basic functions.
I’m thinking of spending a couple hundred more to get the dual-core – it’s just a couple hundred more though.

I’m having mixed feelings. Notebooks are fast and great – but sometime I feel that it’s rather bulky.
Netbooks on the other hand, is small and agile – but lack the processing power and it’s cheaper.
I’m on a tight budget but I need the processing power.
I just wonder what should I get?

 Atoms are a single core processor. But according to Abaco Computers of Milan, they claimed to have produced the world’s first Intel Atom dual-code PC. This would be a super slim barebone system whereby it only measures 27 x 20 x 10 cm (just under 11 x 8 x 4 inches).
Comes with a classic box configuration, the PC come packs with two 1.6 CPU, 2GB RAM, 6 USB ports and many more other goodies.
If it’s cheap, I’m thinking of getting one of these dual-core desktops. Way to go Abaco Computers!
