| | Written by admin | | Wednesday, 28 July 2010 | | It’s pretty hard to apply for loans these days, as banks have tightened up their requirements for approving loans. In fact, a close friend of mine wanted to obtain a car loan, but sadly, he did not meet the minimum credit score that is required by the bank. To my knowledge, banks always perform a thorough credit check prior to approving any loan, as the credit check can help these banks to eliminate the possibility of loaning cash to ineligible applicants that might not be able to repay the cash in the future. Of course, there are other ways to obtain a lump sum of cash, whereby you can always apply for cash advance loans. Basically, these loans are very easy to apply, whereby no credit checks are required, and even people with a bad credit score are eligible to apply for such loans. On the other hand, you can even opt to repay the loan within a time frame which is suitable for your current financial portfolio. Personally, I would apply for a cash advance whenever my employer is late in crediting my paycheck into my account. In fact, I can use the money to temporarily pay for my monthly household expenditure, while I wait for my salary to be credited into my account. | | Next Generation iMacs, Coming Out Soon? | | | |
| Written by admin | | Wednesday, 28 July 2010 | The latest iMac feature a rather sleek and slim design, which is a far cry from what Apple was offering in the late 1990s, which feature a gigantic screen that has an assorted range of color. Nevertheless, insiders are already speculating that Apple might yet again revamp the design for their latest iMacs. Also Apple-authorized cashiers are already stating that Apple will stop shipping the entry-level 21-inch iMacs already.
On the other hand, speculators further commented that new iMacs will be based on the Core i3, Core i5, and Core i7 processors. However, nobody knows the exact specs for the next gen iMacs for sure. But the interesting news is that resellers are being advised to keep a lean stock for the next couple of weeks, which I think is a clear indication that Apple might be introducing something new, and very soon too.
Well I’m anticipating on what Apple can come out next for their revolutionary iMacs – what do you think?

Also, sometimes bridal showers are gigantic events, whereby there will be hundreds of guests who will be attending the event. | Written by admin | | Wednesday, 28 July 2010 | | Toaster ovens can make an assorted range of exquisite food, whereby you can use the toaster oven to bake, reheat food, broil, or even to toast bread. Basically, it’s really easy to operate a toaster oven, whereby the controls are utterly simple and the timer is very precise indeed. For example, you can make toast bread with the respective toaster oven, simply by placing the bread inside the oven and set the timer. The toaster oven will then toast your bread according to the time that you have set earlier. With so many toaster ovens available in the market, it’s wise to choose a toaster oven that can meet your usage requirements. Personally, I’d advice consumers to read review of toaster ovens with pictures, so that consumers can get a general overview of the oven itself. Also, these reviews can give you a good run through on the available functions which come with the toaster oven. On the other hand, a simple toaster oven cost less than $100, and you can buy such a toaster oven through various web retailers. And if you opt for a higher end toaster oven, these ovens usually cost more than $100 and have more functionalities than the basic toaster oven. | | HP Slate Look-alike Spotted in China | | | |

| | Written by admin | | Saturday, 24 July 2010 | | A close friend of mine recently told me that she’s 5 months pregnant and I immediately thought of heading to the nearest mall to get her some maternity clothes. Well I believe that my friend should wear some comfortable clothes, as clearly, she’ll be spending the next 4 months together with her baby and comfortable clothes should help her enjoy her journey. To tell you the truth, I’m searching for stylish yet comfortable maternity clothes, as my friend loves fashion and I’m sure she’ll appreciate the stylish maternity clothes that I am about to buy for her. | Written by admin | | Friday, 23 July 2010 | Earlier, Google was fuming mad over China’s policies, which restricts the search engine’s overall business operations. In fact, Google has earlier threatened to pull out from China, as they no longer could tolerate the Chinese law and dictum. Generally, Google has provided a link out from its local .cn search engine, whereby this particular link redirects users to the .hk web portal.
But recently, it seems that Google has done several tweaks to their Chinese search engine, and officials have stated that China is somewhat satisfied with Google latest round of changes.
Personally, I don’t think that Google is foolish enough to pull out from the gigantic Chinese market, as such moves would surely make Google loose several hundreds of millions of potential revenue generated from the market segment. Furthermore, Chinese surfers are increasing tremendously over time, whereby it has been estimated that China has 300 million internet surfers, which is truly lucrative for Google.
| | Written by admin | | Friday, 23 July 2010 | | I like to exercise on a regular basis, and my exercising regime requires me to consume the right type food so that my body will have all the necessary building materials for my muscles to grow larger. In fact, my personal nutritionist has told me that I should increase my protein consumption, as my muscles need the respective nutrient in order to grow at a faster pace. There are so many ways to in increase one’s protein intake, such as to consume protein tablets, protein milk shakes, and protein bars work like a charm too. Personally, I like to eat protein bars like Detour Bars, as these bars can help me reduce my hunger, and it can also supplement the right amount of protein into my diet. Also, protein bars are inexpensive to purchase, and most food manufacturers are offering attractive rates for bulk purchases as well. Furthermore, food manufacturers have included several flavoring for these protein bars, such as chocolate, coffee, cinnamon, peanut, cream, fudge, lemon, caramel, oatmeal, strawberry, raspberry, almonds, and many more. However, it seems that the buzz generated by Microsoft earlier over their upcoming Windows Embedded Compact 7 is slowly dying down, whereby more PC manufacturers are opting for the Android OS instead.
And take a look at ASUS’ latest Eee Pad EP101TC, apparently, the company has dumped their original plan of using the Windows Embedded Compact 7 as its operating system, whereby ASUS now wants to outfit their rig with the Android OS, particularly the Froyo variant. On the other hand, with Google disclosing that they might also introduce Gingerbread (Android 3.0) soon, I’m sure ASUS might also want to get their hands on this particular OS as well.
I’m guessing that more information would be available in the upcoming CES 2011, don’t you think so?

Nevertheless, Obama has recently signed a waste law which is intended to plug the loophole, whereby this particular legislation will slash $50 billion in wasted tax dollars from being distributed to inappropriate channels. Apparently, analysts are speculating that the $50 billion waste law would not even halve the $110 billion of such payments being made last year.
Personally, I find such bills to be a truly blessing in disguise to the entire economy. Clearly, the US federal deficits are soaring high, and by slashing such costs, I believe that this would surely help save taxpayer’s dollars. However, with Obama tightening the loophole, there might also be problems cropping out from such legislation, whereby legit people who are receiving such benefits might be unintentionally being cut off from receiving such benefits from the government, don’t you think so?
