I saw one of Donald’s video clips on creating a win-win situation whereby if you are successful – the corporation would definitely benefit from your success.
At times I wonder how true and how far would this go? Does it mean being a really nice guy and pass all your knowledge and trade secrets to someone you barely know?
As far as I’m concern, the best scenario or job industry that fits perfectly into a win-win situation is none other than the Direct Sales or Multi-Level Marketing industry. Your success benefits all.
