Microsoft Algorithm Uses Six-axis Motion Sensors to Fix Blurry Snapshots PDF Print E-mail
It’s pretty hard to snap photos with your hands, as clearly, our hands are always shaking, which makes blurry photos in the process. Nevertheless, Microsoft is set to fix this particular problem, whereby they have developed an algorithm that uses something called the six-axis motion sensors, in which this particular technology will cancel out shaking images into sharper and perfect snapshots.

On the other hand, the technology also taps into the accelerometer and gyroscope inside the mobile phone, in order to achieve sharper snapshots. However, this particular technology isn’t perfected yet, as clearly, Microsoft still needs to weed out the bugs from the software, as the software tends to develop ghostly lines in the after-processed photos.

Well I’m thinking that Microsoft might be applying the technology into their new Zune phones, don’t you think so?
